Wow, it’s been a long wait but finally some good news again coming out of Florida!
Boy is that good news. Out here in Phoenix condo sales are stagnate but I’m getting a lot of new buyer calls which gives me hope too.
The news has been encouraging in SC as well. I feel we are on the verge of an upswing. We have to get the unemployment under control. Once we regain some stability in the job market, real estate will folloe suit.
The real estate market is bound to recover sooner or later. In Bountiful, Utah things are slowly improving, although real estate bottomed out in some places with 60% price reductions
