The web is your friend!

By Dan Nappi | March 1, 2008

When it comes to marketing your home whether it is for sale by owner or with a Realtor it is important to have a good web presence and visibility on the internet. Most surveys say that 85% of home buyers begin their search on the internet, it is imperative your home is going to be found on the internet. You need to ask your agent if they utilizing blogging, social networks, video, and what kind of presence their website has on the internet.

This being said you of course have to have your home priced right which is another post for another day , if it is not priced right it doesn’t really matter where you advertise it.

Please contact Team Nappi for us to show you the web visibility we can provide in selling your home.

I could not agree more Dan, I got a call from a home buyer this morning, who found a house using my MLS search. We went to look at it this afternoon, then back to the office to look through the comps for the house. Tonight we put together a offer for the house.

How is that for the Power of the internet. One day to a likely sold house.

Jim, I see that your hard work has paid off, your web presence is very strong now and will pay off for you in years to come. You are the man to contact for any Morristown New Jersey referrals :)

    Congrats on your new buyer!

    Love the new site!

Without question price is the main reason homes sell. You can run TV ads night and day, however if its not priced right, it will just sit there. :(

I think it’s hard to overstate the power of the Internet. It’s a great tool for buyers, since it allows them to compare lots of homes and prices fast. I’m sure that price is important, too, but of course they are looking for the price online. Amazing to think that some agents are still not using the Internet to market – missing a key opportunity, I’m thinking.

I can’t tell you the last time I got a lead from the office or from floor duty. 100% of all my leads are currently coming in from the website. I particularly like the ones that use your site for weeks finding exactly what they want and then call you to write the contract.

Jim, your site looks clean and very professional! Great Job!

Internet is truly a big opportunity for both buyers and sellers. Having well presented site will really bring visitors to your site. But to keep them stay longer, you must captivate their interest with your reasonable prices.

The web has to be the way forward for most advertising and can massively reduce costs of marketing.

You seem as you are proof of this
