Congrats on getting the home rented! It can be a hard thing to do right now.
Renting is a great option, especially for this of us still working on saving money for the house of our dreams. Many rental properties in nice locations have reduced their rents as well, I live in Baltimore and have seen gorgeous Baltimore apartments for very good prices.
Now that the market has taken a turn, people are trying to save if they are renovating. People are choosing laminate flooring and stick on tile which is very cost effective yet easy to implement. Once the market turns back their investment will no doubt increase in value.
The real beauty of a good life is the lifestyle, which offers everything from parks, restaurants and shopping, to schools, an outstanding amenity complex and an extensive trail system, designed to connect everything the New Town development has to offer.
