Great looking place. I also wonder what the price of the home is. What does a Rivercrest Villa sell for these days?

Wow, what a great view. In my area, waterfront homes are always considered a hot property.

In Minnesota, lake homes tend to hold their value. Is this true of waterfront properties in Florida?

Well in Florida most of the waterview homes that are not along the river or on the bay are just man made retention ponds like this one on this home.

Matter of fact if it rains hard enough and creates a puddle some people will call it waterfront property. :)
