It still amazes me every time I see the low cost of real estate in Florida. Living in Washington D.C., where even in a falling market the prices are ridiculous, I’m now suffering with real estate envy!
You might want to be careful about not saying no backyard neighbors as people might miss the neighbors part and just think that the place has no backyard at all.

Seeing so many properties drop in price makes it so difficult not to jump in to buying. I try to stay as informed as possible, but as soon as I find an affordable well maintained property I will not think twice. A home near the Baltimore apartments area I am currently in would be ideal.
I think this home has great curb appeal and it seems to be relatively inexpensive. I’m sure this house will make a great home for someone, especially since it has many upgrades including crown molding, vaulted ceiling and french doors.
