Just like new again home has fresly cleaned carpets and new paint. 3 bedrooms plus den.Fabulous view of the lake and nice size backyard. All the appliances are included . Plenty of community ammenities including swimming pools, sand volleyball and playgrounds. High rated elementary school right in the community. Rent for $1150 per month
You took a very nice picture of the home, but was there an angle you could use that did not show the utility box in the yard? Showing a better side (if there was one) might make the home more attractive off the bat to people searching. The photo is a wonderful size though and the skyline behind just makes the home glow with a family warmth. Great job!

A very nice property, I disagree with the comment above regarding the angle etc, I feel this picture shows this home in a great way.
$1150 per month, thats quite cheap, stunning house tho, would love to add that home to my portfolio.
