It is a great time to purchase a home in Florida, but make sure you have a comp check done on the home before offer. The values are changing frequently and you want to make sure the home appraises properly for your financing.

I have been living on the Delaware shore for the last 10 years. I have been thinking about moving to FL. My wife is from there and loves the state. I am concerned about the market right now. I think we might make the move but not for another 3 or 4 years.
