These homes are looking very luxurious and the additional features makes them like heaven. I think these feature plays an important role which attracts the buyer.I really like this.

Townhomes are a great because you have a gated community that is tidy and exclusive, plus a pool and you don’t have to clean, but can enjoy with your friends and family every summer. That’s not to mention they are gorgeous, especially Pulte homes.

Im right there with Austin, TX homes for sale. I am also in Austin TX and the the quality town home selection is scarce. They are great for young families or first time buyers. The particular community featured here looks phenomenal. I also would like to see some additional information!

Great real estate photos on Ventura Bay Danny. Love those spanish style homes. Matter of fact the first home I owned was spanish with terra cotta tile and rounded entry ways. I still think about that home. Lots of great memories. JD
Pulte is a great builder. They built a lot of homes in LV where i came from and i had more than a few buyers jump on the great deals they offered.
