This is a nice looking home! It should attract some renters fast. Real estate activity seems to be increasing finally. Lets hope it continues and spreads.

Nice looking house at a great price! Hopefully you find some good renters soon! I know in the Fort Worth market they are starting to pick back up again!

It looks comfortable, but I think you could do with some better pictures and a floorplan, if it’s possible to get those.

A lot of renters look for hardwood flooring because they are a lot easier to keep clean so that at the end of the lease they will get their full security deposit back.

Should make a place for someone. How much was the rent reduction?

Nice look home. I am questioning the amount of rent being charged even at the price drop. In my community a 2 bedroom apt will not command any more than $550 monthly for a brand new unit.

This seems to be a very attractive home. I noticed that the rent was reduced to $900 per month. Just out of curiosity, what would the going rate for a place like this have been before the economic downturn?

Suprising to see what you can get for $900 per month. Looks like a great place have you rented it yet?

I am interested to rent in the area, can you please send me more rentals to my email, thanks.

Great looking place for $900/mo. Wish we had a place like that here in Northern California for that price, especially with the location you describe.

You got some great photos of the rental-good job! There is nothing worse then not having good photos of your properties; you also picked a really great photo size.

Wow! You can’t get anything for $900 in San Diego!

I am curious how the Brandon market is holding up compared to Tampa. Brandon is a more transient area, but at the same time you get more value for your money East of Tampa.

That is a great price, but more photos would have been nice, I am not sure if I like that kitchen all that much. The rest of the home looks really nice.

Nice looking place, but I rent my place 3 bedroom and 2 bath and its a condo and I pay $850 in Riverview. What is the neighborhood like? Is there an upstairs? What do the bedrooms look like? I am looking to move maybe you can send me more info, Thanks
