Looks like a nice home for a great price. I haven’t seen front and backyards like that on new homes since the 90s (AZ).

That seems like a great deal for Florida! We’ve got quite a few rentals here that rival that one, but we don’t get those Florida beaches!

Looks like a great kitchen and a nice fenced-in backyard. Tasteful paint colors – not bad for the money.

Snap looking fantastic its totally like a dream home, space and place both seems wonderful.

A superb price for a home of such size. In Midwest markets such as Chicago, a one bedroom unit could run as much or more as this spacious home.

I was down in your neck of the woods a couple months ago and get asked by snowbirds in Canada all the time when is the time to buy and ‘pull the trigger’.

It’s a great looking house and with that price I’m surprised it hasn’t been snatched up already!

Nice place. $1600 would be a stretch here in AZ as out rental market is pretty flooded right now. Good luck on getting a great tenant

Lovely house, good quality, to a great price. What more can people wish.

Yeah that is another great home. I love the stucco look, we dont get a lot of that here in Texas

Mike — it’s actually an EIFS finish. I seem to see a lot of it around Texas, but maybe I’m wrong. I like that they accented the doors and windows, I see too many potentially beautiful EIFS homes without decor.

Everything looks really nice, and at a pretty good price too. However, I think implementing hardwood flooring into the home would add a lot of value and attract a whole different type of buyer.

Love the curb appeal! Just sold a house in my neck of the woods to family from Brandon and though I’d check out the town and stumbled across you. Good site!
