A beautiful four-bedroom home for $169,900 and it’s NOT a foreclosure? A deal like that is pretty hard to find these days! Especially here in Austin — even with the housing crisis, prices here are still quite high.

How does the price look when compared to others in the neighborhood? Are there any shortsales/foreclosures that will kill this value? That’s the terrible part about my primary area right now in Ft. Myers. People who paid mortgages on time for years and looking to sell have to compete with the shortsale/REO stuff. It forces them to either take a huge loss, shortsale themselves, or live in a place they don’t want anymore.
