		<description>It feels like we are entering a stabilization period for the market - perhaps not across the board but in popular areas as you mention in your post.  Certainly not a sellers market, but also not a buyers market.  Perhaps we need a new name for markets going through this kind of change?</description>

At this point of time and according to the market scenario people are ready to buy house,that is much more important and obviously they want a house at a cheaper rate.But this is a great insight for me.</description>
