Rentals are good in all areas. In the Dallas Texas area homes are renting in a few days if they are priced right.
That house is nice, i like its surrounding and its color. It’s very peaceful and natural, very relaxing to live in.

The house probably isn’t rented because most of Florida was over built by investors. Too many homes for too few people! Nice house though. I would consider renting it.
Rentals is an alternative to buying investment property. FishHawk Trails seems to be a great place for rentals.
That is a beautiful area, and the price is right for a home of this quality!
I live in Victoria and that house looks identical to my next door neighbours house. They have it on the market for around 700k CAD. The housing prices here in BC are still way through the roof and i’m hesitant to purchase a house for fear of the value dropping like a brick. Makes sense right now to rent a house and get all the amenities included. I would love a house with a pool. Hope to find a place this nice to rent in Vic!
