That looks like a lot of house, and a beautiful one at that, for the price. In Southern California a home like that furnished would run $2,200 to $2,500 per month easily.

The house looks really beautiful..the location is also good on the reservation with the pond view..I liked the interior design very much which reminds me of a very good hotel in Paris..I personally feel that $1700 per month is a reasonable price for such a luxurious house…

Wow, is that the whole home in the picture? 3 seperate garage doors is pretty cool, not to mention the incredible views out of the windows. The home looks very elegant, and I hope you rent it soon!
