Great blog you have going here. The design you have in the upper left hand corner is really nice looking. Where did you find it?

admin September 18, 2007 at 1:30 pm

The design was already in the word press theme you can download this theme from the website all the way at the bottom of this page.

Smart move putting the disclaimer on about the schools. We can’t be experts at everything – especially something as important to some home buyers as school attendance zones.

$160.00 a month for HOA fees is pretty good when you consider that the HOA keeps up all the common areas and pools. Also sewer, trash, water and hazard insurance is usually included here.

Nice WP theme & community profile. I think the neighborhood stats are important to your visitors – and they appreciate having the information in one place.

Thats pretty cool it was in wordpress. I went with moveable type but I am beginning to think I should have gone with wordpress for a blog platform.

I was wondering about the home value range. How current are those numbers?

You’ve got the Brandon market down well. I operate a Canadian real estate website and appreciate good blogs in the niche. Cheers

I am using the same service for IDX, but it does not load as quickly. Is there a secret to getting to load so quickly?

I would like to know what areas of the country will see the greatest “turn around” in the coming months and years 2008, 2009?

Nice blog…the homes down here in Bradenton have come down quite a bit in last couple of years. Houses on my block are selling for 100,000 less than they were just two years ago.

What an interesting theme for a blog. Eye-catching themes(aside from the all-important content, of course) can sometimes do the trick in creating traffic for your site.

Seriously, I just had to point out that the site’s look is extremely professionally made in my opinion.
