It looks like you guys are kind of just hanging in there. I’ve noticed a little more activity in our Phoenix Metro market. These are traditionally our busy months though.

I was just in Brandon Florida in June 2008 for my nephew’s graduation. I decided to drive the neighborhoods and discovered there were many more active listings compared to Austin Texas. I guess I didn’t realize just how good we have it in Austin till I did this. The market has really slowed compared to last year. I’m glad were not in a declining market in Austin, TX.
