Have you considered having a Facebook page as opposed to a Facebook profile for your real estate business? My biggest problem with Facebook is keeping my private life and business life separate. Using a page instead of a profile is the solution. But truthfully I haven’t done enough with my Facebook page either. The whole social media concept is still new to me and I haven’t mastered using it for business. Great blog you have here. Thanks.

Happy to read the CHris O’Connor Comment. I too would like to know more about Facebook Page as opposed to a profile. I have been looking round these blogs for some info, having heard (from my son!) that a page has a small potential earning power through adverts, and an advert in itself. If you can give me any more info…would be grateful. My facebook profile is UKpubsforsale

Facebook is a hard one for using for business and measuring, but seems that businesses for consumers can find it useful.

I think facebook is one of the hardest places to use for business. For me its hard to get any leads for real estate.

For an easy real estate site I would recommend using WordPress. It is easy to set up and has tons of tools and addons to enhance your site.

I am gonna look into the Facebook page idea. Thanks for the tip.

Face book is the one of the best medium for marketing the property because its easy to promote a property based on the location. We can pull out peoples in a particular place from the community or pages. I wish you may get more customers from the face book activity.

Excellent post highlighting some of Brandon’s FB Communities. Hopefully they are appreciative of the free press and have reciprocated with a link to your site?!

I also think a Page or Group is better than a profile page. Social media, especially Facebook can actually help to get good business. Once you have a Facebook page you can promote it through Ads as well.
