Hi Bob, We would be happy to accomodate any referrals that need property management or tenants looking for a place to be rent. We have rental specialists on our team to handle them. We mostly work the Brandon area and New Tampa areas.
I currently own a property management website and allow a local property management company the use of it and in return I get referral fees. I am seriously thinking about starting a property management division at our office since I have such a high ranking website and the rental market is growing.

Hey Tony, I think it is good idea if you have a heavy online presence, it will become another source of income you will also bring more opportunities to gain sellers down the road not to mention turn potential renters into buyers.
The best advice I can give is make sure you have someone you can turn to that has been in property management for years and knows the ropes, One thing about property management is you can get yourself in trouble if you don’t know what you are doing .
