Nice property. A house like that in my area would rent for at least $3,000.

I was going to say the exact same thing as SD Property Management….In the Bay Area that would easily go for about $4K as well. Anything with that kind of room and a pool is well over $3.5K a month.
nice looking house. You must have a screen if you live in Florida because there are so many BUGS. The screened in pool are really lets you enjoy the outside.
Beautiful house. And not expensive. In Ukraine, in Kiev, the same cottage is worth more than 4000 $.
What a nice pool! Again, you have done a fantastic job with the photos you too-they are all such great sizes and enlarge nicely when you click on them. That is a lovely home-good luck with renting it!
